I’m a licensed therapist grounded in somatic, psychodynamic, and depth-oriented approaches, working with individuals, couples, and communities to build insight, resilience, and authentic connection. My practice is trauma-informed, nervous-system aware, and deeply attentive to the intersections of culture, identity, and relationship.
